April 13, 2018

This squirrel was enjoying a little breakfast.  It wasn’t acting weird so I figure it was just molting.

First Look Photo: Animal in Motion

August 30, 2017

After trying to get a solid shot of an animal that is sharp, but conveys motion, I finally got one while panning a squirrel running, on a fence.

First Look Photo: Nutty Squirrel

March 1, 2017

No, I didn’t Photoshop this squirrel’s tail out, he doesn’t have one.  I have been seeing it for months, and thought it probably got into a fight with a fox.  It got away, but not before losing its tail.

First Look Photo: Ever Cute

October 26, 2016

I know,  I do a lot with squirrels.  They are cute, furry, and everywhere, so they make a perfect subject.  I always seem to catch them in different poses, so here’s another wonderful squirrel pose.

First Look Photo: Something Squirrelly

August 24, 2016

I felt like doing a photo with a humorous side.  Last week, on my way home, I was passing by the house with all the bird feeders.  This time, however, there was something hanging out from under one of the squirrel guards.  Somehow, and it’s still a mystery, a squirrel had gotten past the defenses, and inside the guard.

This scene had me laughing, so I thought I would share it today.
