Day 59: Through the wall

Through the Wall

I see a garden

At the end of a stone path

And I long to breath in

The aroma of those enticing flowers;

But no matter how many times

I circle the surrounding wall

I find no entrance.

    It sounds to me like a lover seeking a way to unite with their loved one and finding no way either physically, morally, or emotionally.

      This is the reason I love poetry; poems mean different things to different people, and no matter how you feel, you’re right. I can definitely see why you say that. Good job.
